PILOT COHORT LAUNCHING SOON
An interactive small group experience over 8 weeks, blending insights from Anthropology, Behavioural Economics, Neuroscience, Psychology, and Sociology with practical experience from real organisations across a range of industries across the globe.

What we’ll do
Together we’ll complete 15 modules over 8 weeks.
Each module consists of approximately 1 hour of self-paced online content – a mix of video, audio, and reading, supplemented with optional reflection questions (no annoying eLearning quizzes, I promise…).
Each week you’ll complete 2 modules ahead of our weekly live group discussion session, which lasts 1 hour.
Each module includes further optional content if you want to “Dive Deeper”.
In the final week, you’ll bring it all together and present your approach to solving a real-world behavioural problem from your organisation (or your life).
What you’ll learn
The first 8 modules (4 weeks) focus on understanding the social, emotional, tribal, storytelling animals we call “humans”:
| Week 1 | 1. Brains | What are brains and how do they work? |
| 2. Origins | Why do we have brains? | |
| Week 2 | 3. Senses | How do we experience the world? |
| 4. Feelings | What are emotions? | |
| Week 3 | 5. Stories | How do we make sense of the world? |
| 6. Memories | What are memories and how do they work? | |
| Week 4 | 7. Tribes | How do groups influence our behaviour? |
| 8. Decisions | How do we choose and act? |
The final 7 modules (4 weeks) focus on practically applying those insights about humans to practically change behaviour in your organisation:
| Week 5 | 9. Behaviours | What’s a behaviour and how do you define one? |
| 10. Measures | How do you measure behaviours? | |
| Week 6 | 11. Barriers | What gets in the way of desired behaviours? |
| 12. Methods | How do you investigate behavioural barriers? | |
| Week 7 | 13. Interventions | How do you shift behaviour? |
| 14. Experiments | How do you run an experiment in the real world? | |
| Week 8 | 15. Projects | How do you bring all this together to solve a real behavioural challenge? |
